do not keep a large inventory of products in stock - many are made when an order
is pl aced so we thank you in advance
for your patience! Current lead times are approx. 2-3 weeks.
We will do our best to get your order processed as quickly as possible.
Parts are produced in the evenings, on weekends and holidays, so please know your
orders are very important to us! Sometimes we are out of town teaching K9NW, training
our own dogs or working our day jobs to keep kibble in the bowls! All items are
put together by hand, so if you note slight differences, take it as a sign that
you have a unique piece of training equipment! :-)

those occasions when you need smaller parts to fit into small tins or small spaces,
our "Sticks & Nubs" will serve you well! These are approximately
1/3 of the length of a standard white cotton swab, rather than 1/2 of the length.
